It is from the soft moss which grows on its bark that one of the most precious and rare ingredients of quality perfumery is extracted - oakmoss absolute - which becomes the heart of a new and exclusive olfactory composition. Colonia Quercia possesses magnificent strength of the precious wood. During the olfactive development of the new composition lies the impeccable citrusy union which meets chords of moss, greenery and light framing the picture and the feeling of a long walk through the woods. Depth to the composition is provided by highly appreciated perfumery ingredient - oakmoss absolute. Original alchemy was created by a blend of carefully selected notes.
The citrusy opening of the composition reflects the unique and unforgettable character of Colonia. Initial notes accentuate lemon, bergamot, petit grain and pink pepper, leading us to the heart, full of vibrant geranium, cardamom and cedar. This is introduction to the grand finale, which is completely light, sophisticated and powerful. The leading role is held by oakmoss absolute, a rare ingredient, extremely rich in shades, which provides Colonia Quercia with unique longevity and high elegance. Aromas of moss and wood in the base are combined with Tonka and precious warmth of patchouli.
Characteristic flacon of Acqua di Parma in Art Deco style is colored in dark brown this time, and shaped like previous editions of the Ingredient collection. The fragrance is available as a 100ml and 180ml Eau de Cologne Concentree in spray flacon. Colonia Quercia was launched in 2016.
