An enveloping cream texture with a delicate fragrance, ideal for normal/dry or dry skin.

Each day, emotional and environmental stressors test the skin barrier's capacity to defend against external, harmful forces. As a result, skin tends to dehydrate and become more sensitive, uncomfortable, and prone to imperfections.

Lancôme introduces Hydra Zen Day Cream that provides intense hydration to help protect from visible signs of stress on the skin for instant comfort. The enveloping cream texture with a delicate, relaxing fragrance leaves the skin feeling soothed and comfortable. Skin tone looks more even and luminous.

Results, verified by women: 97% immediately experienced softer skin; 95% feel skin is more comfortable, more elastic and supple.

Lancôme Paris is a French cosmetics company launched by Armand Petitjean, a former Coty employee, in 1935. The company's name was inspired by the ruins of a castle, Le Château de Lancosme, and the brand's rose symbol was inspired by the roses that surround it.

Lancôme originated as a perfume company, launching five fragrances in time for the 1935 World's Fair in Brussels, Belgium. The company later expanded its offering to include cosmetics and skin care products for men and women. Today, the company maintains a high profile through its ad campaigns featuring top models and celebrities as captured by leading fashion photographers. A notable association with actress Isabella Rossellini lasted 14 years, and the company began featuring Rossellini's daughter, Elettra Rossellini Wiedemann, starting in 2009. Emma Watson of "Harry Potter" fame recently advertised Lancôme's Tresor Midnight Rose fragrance.

The first fragrances from Lancôme in 1935 are womens' scents Tendre Nuit, Bocages, Conquete, Kypre and Tropiques. Lancôme joined the L'Oreal family in 1964, after which many of their classic and best-loved fragrances were produced, including Climat, Magie Noire and Tresor.
